Yes, everyone gets a no obligation 30 day free trial. Signup using our order form.
The only limit is 30 days. Protect as many devices and accounts as you want to get a feel for how it all works.
To prevent fraudulent activity and abuse of our free trial we need to verify that you're a real person. The easiest way to do this is with a payment card. We won't charge your card during the free trial.
We accept all major credit, debit and charge cards from Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
No, you are free to cancel at any time you wish and will be billed up to the end of your current month.
You will only pay for exactly what you use each month. For most users this will mean paying for the storage they use, charged per GB. For users using Cyber Protect it will mean an additional charge per Windows, Mac or Linux device protected. A full breakdown of pricing can be found on our pricing details page.
Once logged in to the "My Account" area, on the menu click "Billing" then "Credit Card". Unfortunately we can't do this for you over the phone.

As standard our protection plans keep 7 daily backups, 4 weekly backups and 12 monthly backups. You can easily change this from within the protection portal.
Yes, you can setup your own custom protection policy within a couple of minutes.
As standard your backups are stored in London on the Google Cloud. When ordering you can chose from a range of locations. All of our locations use advanced redundant data storage systems to protect your data.
Yes, you can backup your data locally in several different ways, for more information see our article, local backup explain.
Your data is always encrypted whilst being sent to us and it is encrypted on our storage. You can also optionally enable encryption of your backups so they are encrypted before they leave your device with a password of your choice.
As standard we enable compression. Depending on the type of data this can cut your storage usage in half.
When a backup fails we'll send you an email, you'll also see this in your portection portal.
Yes, you can include or exclude specific files and locations from a backup.
You can backup MS SQL, MySQL and any flat file databases.
You can backup G Suite Gmail, Microsoft 365, MS Exchange and cPanel mailboxes.

Yes, your data can be accessed from anywhere that you have access to the Backoops Protection Portal from and can be downloaded, restored to the same or a different system.
